i've previous build (6.7), could i flash to v7.0 without losing my data and settings ? with twrp backup or something

Nope. You can't upgrade to 7.0 without wiping data.
Use oandbackup to backup app apk/data if you need.
New build is up. Clean flash recommended as there are lots of ROM & device side changes.

Installed it today and switched back to 6.7 because no signature spoofing feature in 7.0, so this means no MicroG. Hope xDoge will find time to update 6.7

in latest 20200313 Q build? I didn't find how to toggle it in settings and I was told that it's not implemented to AEX Q yet (in AEX discussion telegram group).

Signature spoofing is built into the ROM. What you're asking is signature spoof setting, which is still WIP for Q as the devs have mentioned in AEX telegram group.

Rounded corners now work under Misc Extensions. I've set the radius to 9pts and it looks pretty good.
Everything works in the latest build except for some little stuff:
- Bluetooth forgets all previously paired devices once it is turned off (This didn't exist in the February build)
- Capturing the screen is super laggy. Just recording or even streaming the UI is impossible. You can see it for yourself by simulating 480p screen in dev settings. Screen capturing used to work fine in the stock rom.
- After a while, opening and closing app animations become little laggy. Solved by a full restart.
- I am not sure about this one, but sometime wifi loses connectivity when bluetooth call is active. Happened to me while voice chatting in Facebook Messenger tho I am not sure if it is persistent. I will confirm once I am sure (This never happened in the February build)
P.S: Everything I mentioned above existed in the February build except for the first and last points.

- Its rom side issue. Will be fixed in next build.
- Stock rom is Oreo. This is Android 10.
- AFAIK, its a known issue across all roms
