I can add some features and tweaks etc.... It will be built from source (obviously) easier for me to work on

I'm in need of something smooth and battery efficient as my performance device is now my nexus 7. Not saying it won't have good performance :thumbup:

If franco has his froyo kernel sources out I will use that as a base and incorporate some more fixes features etc...
