OK so mobile network settings is are missing. And having a issues with GPS enabled and app activity. Maybe add snap dragon battery guru really helpful to me. I but only issues I really see are the two broken things. I great work.

what do mean mobile network settings i see apn etc all on there no issue

swipe down where it says mobile data long press and there ya go from the top of the screen to bring notifacions etc if u have some then swipe left or right get to see wifi etc there is where u will press and hold data til u see the settings

if i understand correctly i don't have to be on 160 to flash this? 150 based bare rom is ok? dirty flash ok? can't flash this over 130?

no that one u have to be on b160 i havet got to make a new all in one

all new swift &Fast uploaded its a all in one firmware and rom install getting ready to type up what it has or doesnt and all that

compressing with ultra compression on 7zip and man is it slow will upload soon it shouldnt take to long to upload as it is to compress xd

I do have one question. A my others phone were able to use hotspot with or without but this phone keeps saying to call att or dial 611
