This is what I get below. Extsdcard is my external that shows up just fine. Both emulated and sdcard0 are the internal memory. Emulated gives me legacy and 0 but both lead to the same new storage that 4.3 created. Neither takes me to my old internal memory.

Sdcard0 is internal memory.
I knew this already, the problem was that the internal contents were gone due to the new way android organizes internal storage. My old internal storage was in neither of those folders I looked extensively and was not able to find it. I just gave up and flashed back to 4.1.2 so i could move my stuff off my phone and back.

I've checked all the folders I can man, still no luck I was hoping someone had found where it was I hate to go back to 4.1.2 and move all my stuff

Same happened to me when I first updated to 4.3 through kies. The only way I knew my stuff was still there was because of the space used. I went back to 4.1.2 because I missed my setup. I then moved everything from the 0 folder to the root directory and deleted the 0 folder. I'm back on 4.3 and it seems this time it mapped it out correctly. But just like you I couldn't find my original internal storage files. I didn't mess around too long though.

I think in ES explorer I had to tick root browser and show hidden files to find my stuff. This was on an S3 I flashed over to 4.3.

Just got my first Random Reboot. Phone was still plugged in charging.
And while I was trying to setup G Wallet I noticed that NFC would not turn on..so in turn I couldnt setup G Wallet.
If I go into Settings and tried to turn NFC on a popup came up saying it has stopped...
Gonna dig into it and see what I can do.

My SD card wouldn't mount. I restored tweaked and the problem continued. Now I've restored omni and everything is back to normal.

Update

SD card is recognized again. I formatted my internal storage and restored a nandroid.
