*And other thing, I don't know if it's just my imagination but I see a kind of lag when launch some apps I think it's just the opening animation.

Off topic:
Look how much free RAM my G1 have (no task killer app installed), I'm happy with that :D

I love this rom. It's pretty fast, but theres a few problem one of them is, im not sure if its just me or my phone but i can seem to type the question mark symbol on my physical keyboard. It gets replaced by a semi colon. And a few other symbol is replaced by other different symbols too. The other problem is when i click on the app drawer, i get a black screen then my apps load like 10 seconds later.

Sent from my HTC Dream using XDA

this rom needs built in overclocking application, and powerbar widget and it will be the best rom for my mt3g!

Try the nofrills CPU app. Works well. I'm trying to keep the rom light and fast, so I avoid including a lot. And everyone in the team but me seems to have vanished.....

idk, are you also a sexy beast?

Is there anyone who note this? Or just my imagination?

Max and ldrifta dealt with g1 specific stuff since I only have a mytouch. I have no idea how to fix it, but I'll look into it. Currently can't make more builds because I can't get my box to switch to java5.

Ellen hasn't complained about it. So idk.. could just be you.

Hope you can fix that issue, it's not a big deal but it's easier to take a picture with physical button

Can you help me prepare to flash this rom? I don't wanna mess up, although she's buyingg a Galaxy S from a store not far.

I used this method to root,
http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1098899

And you say

Requirements:
HTC dream: 1.33.0013d spl and 2708+ radio
32b sapphire: any. 0013(d) and 2708+ recommended
32a (not tested by dev team): I have no clue.... a 1.33 spl and a 3.22 radio
Most tested on the 0013d/28.25 radio/spl
custom recovery (to flash)
Ability to read the entire contents of this post

Can you help me get all this?

Its kinda hard to mess up one of these devices. The only complicated part is you might need to update your radio and hboot if you haven't already. Ezterry made a nice thread about that somewhere in the g1 dev section. After you do that just wipe and flash rom then gapps

yeah, I've been using that. no powerbar widget tho..i miss that :(

We were going to work on that, but it seems like the entire team vanished, and my build machine is working on ics right now.

Actually, I do happen to be a sexy beast...notice the avatar "sexy inside"

So then there's a chance we might be. Last test, is your family from Spain or Venezuela?
nice avatar. Think I might steal it

    Others:
Ezterry (advice/help. His awesome kernel. Froyo parts. Various files from his mt3g-test rom)

Vm heap size changed to 32m (to hopefully reduce lag)
    Updated kernel to ezgb 1.5.2f
Other stuff I forgot (been making very small changes since last release. Nothing major) - broken wifi and other things on the dream. Don't use

    v1.9.1 - 20/10/2011
    Compcache fix

    v1.9
Various fixes. Market, quadrant, APNs, other stuff

    v1.8
Apps2sd-ext finally fixed! Along with busybox (stupid symlinking problems)

    v1.7
    Bluetooth fixed

    v1.6
    First release on xda

Note: Do NOT send me (tvall) messages asking questions about the rom, installation of the rom, reporting bugs, or asking about updates (unless told by a member of the team to do so). I will NOT reply quickly or in a helpful way. Post on this thread. People will take you seriously and give you decent answers (usually).

Note: rules on using this rom for other projects

If you use prebuilt anything from releases of this rom, please be nice and send me a pm asking for permission. this is supposed to be an open community, but i hate seeing 20+ cm7 roms with nothing different except name and bundled apps. If you don't ask, and you havent made something different enough from this rom to be worth having its own thread, it may or may not get reported.

DREAMTeam! I am glad to see our rom finally on xda! We worked hard on this! I hope you all enjoy our rom!

okay i'm back from the marathon.

i was quite worried about battery life with GPS and GPRS active[I wanted my friends to be able to follow me online], since it never lasted more than 3.5hrs before with any ROM, no matter me turning Airplane mode on, lowering min+max CPU frequency, so I usually take 2 batteries, as I did now as well.

whatever modifications came into force about Froyo 2.2.2, it made my phone last my 4h11m run!!!

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! GPS and mobile network on, background communications and sync obviously off, no music and such,a couple of phone calls and texts, but it did last a marathon of an average runner like me!

now I'm quite sure about that I definitely don't need a new phone yet with this ROM.

this ROM is snappy and stable.

    I'm with you guys!
