I rarely comment on the infighting/forum politics that go on around here. For the most part I think they're childish and serve only to further the idea in iPhone users minds that Android users are a bunch of spoiled brats...

In this case I'm left wondering why the moderators have decided to give mohkg a one month suspension... If it was as a result of the spat that he and Revolution had a few posts back then I personally think that the decision to suspend the account is wrong.

If it's because he's kanging together other developers work without giving them credit for it then that's understandable. I don't remember reading a post where mohkg sited his source work and/or credited the original dev.

But having a Mod come into a thread, say that the OP has been given a "vacation" and not give any more back story is likely to cause even more infighting/forum politic-ing as various forum members (myself included it seems) speculate on the reason(s) why a Dev who opened a new thread offering the first "New" ROM a bunch of flash addicted forum trollers have seen in a month has been sent to the gulag for 30 days...

...just my .02 but I would lock this thread so that when the OP comes back (if he chooses to), he's not got a thread with 30 "I bet he did ____ to piss off the mods" posts in it... Right after I posted a general statement of how he broke the rules and earned that trip. After all, we can all learn what not to do from this, right?

i'm not going to fight / argue because it's not my place but , you said your going to make a ics based rom like what i was gonna do with hundreds of feature's and your going to release roms like hamburger's , if you release a ROM since i have proof that your cooking them quick i'll just get it closed down for rushing .

I also suggest that you don't come into other ROM threads and start abusing the OP. If you have an issue with something, please raise it with a mod. Coming in here and posting this just creates more drama and nonsense.

I posted the message in order to save any confusion to users of his work. I did not intend to start an argument.

he was banned for something more severe than arguing or kanging. I won't go into details. You can ask him yourself.

Closing the thread. OP can contact me when he returns and I'll open it again.
