Yes you can. Hop over to Moschi Rom and you will be excited.

Moschi' ROM is using MIUI v5 3.9.27 JB 4.1.2 with Adam's kernel if I remembered correctly.
I am on his beta ROM without Aroma now.

Or you can try this Emotion ROM with MIUI flavor which is on JB 4.1.1, Perseus kernel.

You just need to Odin TWRP recovery and do a backup of your current ROM first.

I would prefer the usual backups first, ie. SMS, Contacts and Call logs.
For games, you can Titanium Backup those game data. Restore them after flashing the custom ROM.
So far, my games restored OK with no FC using Titanium for MIUI ROM on Note2.

Finally xposed is supported for miui...
So no issues with any mods....

P.s - Settings FC when i try to enter any application's clear data or clear defaults page... u might check it please... rest all okay... thanks..

I had a clean install but whenever I opened the camera then the phone started to reboot itself..

I have a problem. the phone with electrical charger dont charging when switched on. Its charging with usb connection on the pc.

Congratulations (AND THANK YOU) guys - you have done an EXCELLENT job with this ROM! :good:
So much so in fact, I'm trying it on my Note2 with the intention to make it my daily (I have missed MIUI...).
Everything runs great (I can even use Xposed and all my modules - except Wanam's Xposed as this MIUI is based on 4.1 and Wanam's Xposed MOD is for 4.2 + ...but PLEEEEEASE tell me you will keep updating this beauty of a ROM... :fingers-crossed:
Only 1 issue (as mentioned on previous page): The "Custom Notification Settings" option in the "Status Bar Settings" menu crashes/reboot my N7100... Any fix for that? (I would love to get my provider's name to disappear...) <-- UPDATE TO THIS LAST LINE: Just read in yout page (htspain.com) that it appears to be a fault from MIUI/XIOMI themselves.... I hope they (and you guys in turn) get this issue solved.
Other than that: FLAWLESS!

The latest version file u downloaded is corrupt... its caused usually due to problems faced while downloading the file...

Download the file again... it will work without problems..

P.s - Use internet download manager (IDM) to download files... its helps u to pause and resume ur downloads..
