Bought new Note 2 and wanted to try MIUI. I would prefer this one as it is 240dpi compatible but I have few questions:
1. Does it support S-Pen? Which features?
2. Does it support various TouchWiz Motion and Gesture features?
3. Is this ROM abandoned as last update was on 2nd October?

Yes, this rom support S-pen. I don't have time to update the rom...

Nyc rom but is this rom still in 4 1.1 jb !!!! And also when I click the custom notification panel the phn just reboots...so is this a bug and any way to solve it..???

Also the games r lagging too much in this rom...sometimes crt works and sometimes not...and also em not able to see all my contacts even after syncing them all....can anyone help....

This is based off touchwizz and the 4.4.4 is based off aosp. don't do it. two different bases.
