ok no problem. intention wasn't to fool. because I'm fully aware that the miui 4.1.1 version has spen functionality. doesn't that mean it's based on tw? and more so miui has stopped official updates of tw based miui because of a big. and lastly the kit Kat versions does not support spen. so if in fact you can flash the kitkat over the jellybean I'd gladly do that if doesn't damage my precious note 2.
