[ROM][20/02][KitKat 4.4.2][NB3 V4.0] WanamLite Fast | Clean & Rock Stable

I uploaded the Rom here.

Make a nandroid BACKUP, flash it through TWRP recovery and let me know how it goes.

EDIT: I have a small vacation starting from today, so the link will be removed within 4 hours if i don't get any feedback.

I've flashed it with TWRP 2.6.3.1 and got stuck after Galaxy S4 I9500 screen. Then I had black screen with no boot progress - only vibro reaction on power button or volume buttons press. I was updating from 4.0, made cache and dalvik cache wipe before flashing.

Have u guys tried to change META-INF folder from wanamlite v4.0 and re-zip it again? and then flash it via cwm.

I made for my self odexed rom and using wanamlite v4.0 META-INF folder as cwm flasher script, and all good.

If wanam did not change folder stucture, it should good to try.

Maybe you should just read without replying unless u sure? It's not school where u can say whatever u want without being sure, mistake and it's okey. Here people ask solutions for their expensive phones which they use on a daily usage. I'm sorry, had to shout it publicly because u keep on going.

Sorry for late reply, i was out for the weekend.

I made a small patch, i hope it will fix the boot loop issue.

Just flash it from CWM recovery over the previous Rom (NC1 V4.1) and let me know if it works, i hope you didn't remove it yet .

Thank you for devoting your time for untested ROM. I really appreciate your work and ready to help you in debugging and everything you need else. I'm sure there are a lot of people who wish to use your ROM subsequently. As for me I hope you won't stop develop such a great ROM even when SGS5 will launch.

But unfortunately that patch didn't help - symptoms are the same: black screen after Samsung Galaxy S4 I9500 logo and vibro feedback for power button press. I'm not sure but is version of TWRP matters? I'm using 2.6.3.1 and the last stable is 2.7.0.0. Should I switch and try with it?

Same problem here too. Used TWRP 2.7.0.0. to flash patch fix right after flashing V4.1 NC1 and got the same symptoms as before: black screen after Samsung Galaxy S4 I9500 logo and vibration feedback for power button & vol up press.

So unfortunately there is nothing much I can do, I don't have time to troubleshoot.

By the way I'm still supporting I9505 and I have no plans to support SGS5, my next device will be HTC M8.

Thanks for trying wanam it's greatly appreciated. I too just bought the HTC M8 and decided not to buy the SGS5. Looking forward to experiencing your work on my newly acquired device.

Downloading from the romhut.com link always finishes long before completing the download. I've been trying for 24 hours, but the most I've ever been able to get is 600MB. Most of the time I get about 20MB. Any suggestions how to download the ROM?

Arrow is a good developer unfortunately he's not ported a bug free KK version. The V12 still has some bugs. But his JB Rom was very good and one of the only one which I used for long time and went straight 9 days w/o restarting or phone rebooting. Many roms get stuck or reboot themselves within a few days of working. I had that ROM overclocked and UV as well.

Anyway once he does a bug free version i dont think I'll look anywhere for other roms.

Yeah! I'm waiting for Arrow's ROM too but it's not so fast as people want. 9 days? Wanamlite was the most stable ROM I've used - to say the truth I can remember only a couple of reboots during a year or less. It was really great ROM.
