Hi,
Unfortunately no go. Coming from WIUI after data/cache/dalvik wipe one long bootloop.
I've managed to find link to older version (240212, thanks to Google Cache) - similar, bootloop.
With the CM7 Kernel - still hanging on the nice boot animation.

I would really appreciate information how others managed this to work. (Especially coming from WIUI).

OK, tiny update....
After many tries I had the idea opposite to mentioned here for flashing the Froyo kernel - I did it AFTER flashing the ROM. And it worked... Once.
After second reboot system was not asking for PIN code to unlock the device anymore and phone was working offline.
Then I've decided to flash again - this time no luck. Constantly hanging on the boot animation.
While CM9 was working fine this ROM couldn't get pass boot.

After few more hours and f...ng my BL (was on 3, now I'm on 6) I finally managed to install this thing... And it wasn't worth it. Sorry.
Few more hours lost on trying to recover previous WIUI from nandroid (wasn't easy after changing BL) and now I'm back where I was at the beginning (except the BL fail).
I'm sure this is very good ROM but I prefer W/MIUI with all the additional customization included.

When you mentioned CM9, I assume it's ICS ROM?
at least for my phone, when install ICS will change bootloader which screw up the GB ROM
