First flash official 4.0.4 .ftf.Flash a CWM enabled kernel and flash the rom.

I have made my roms as light as possible,so users will not have any problems to download my roms
And yes,the full rom is only 137 MB.This is also very big file but OK.

Did you do factory reset?(You should not do factory reset)
