I did not understand my friend...but whatever rom you are , first flash the abyss 4.2, then full wipe and then flash the ROM...if you elobrate, then i will add the same in OP though

From ICS- first do root, flash Abyss4.2, then do recovery restart( without restart phone ) and then do full wipe OR...HARD BRICKING your Note.
From GB do full wipe from stock recovery is safe.

sammy slapped us with same touchwiz 3.0, but s3 launcher is an addon!

5. CF-Root LQ3 Kernel (Presently with this kernel, bluetooth doesnt work, once Chainfire releases the root for the stock kernel then works)

Maybe you have not read this in the OP..

Maybe you can try to flash latest GL-notecore V3. This kernel seems fixed the Bluetooth problem and compatible with 4.0.4
