First of all, great rom. (Sans camera, of course, but still.) I love it! But is there any way the selection click can be removed by default? (If this is the consensus) I can't be the only who hates that click... :p

Goto settings, sound and uncheck touch sounds. Pisses the **** outa me too man

I really wish this had camera support. Used one of the first ICS roms for the Vision a while back, but lack of a working camera caused me to flash back to CM7.1.

I use my camera all the time!!!

No offense meant but was this really necessary? Everyone has commented on camera and it's starting to clutter everything up.

I don't know if you heard that there is hope for those who use FB Contact Sync.

If it came for Nexus I think (hope) it's only the matter of time...

http://www.slashgear.com/galaxy-nexus-ics-rom-restores-facebook-contacts-sync-13201934/

Idk about everyone else, but my Facebook data DOES sync on this ROM. Sometimes it seemingly takes a couple days, but my contacts start getting FB pictures eventually.

Try going to your facebook app, going to your friends list, and scrolling through it, letting the pictures fully load. Someone recommended this a while back. I do it, not sure if that's why I'm getting it to work but it can't hurt.

I'm on beta7 and experiencing graphical glitches when I kill-all-apps with advanced task manager 5.4 (I have excluded core apps/services).

1) why are you using a task killer?
2) graphical glitches seem to happen when the phone gets bogged down or apps sit in memory for a long time. You can fix it by just force-closing that app, or using the multitasking menu (long-press 'home') and swiping the app away.

I usually just hold the back button a few times and I goes trough all the apps and I kill them all with the longpress backbutton. And I thought swiping them away didn't actually kill the apps?

AFAIK it does, you can see it for yourself, go open any app, then go home, long press and swipe the app away, and then go to "running" under apps in settings and try and find it. should be gone (of course there are some exceptions like system services and what not)

Oi, such a good experience with this, great job. But I just can't take the slowness coming from the T-mo galaxy s2 SGH-T989...I love the hardware keyboard and ICS, but I think the CPU in the Desire Z is starting to show it's age...

Anyone else finding performance is not so great? Loading gmail takes a while, things just seem to lag....any suggestions?

Well we're talking about a phone with a single core 800mhz processor/512mb ram released in October 2010 with Android 2.2. Its now running an experimental (Beta!!) build of Android 4.0 on the same hardware. What did you expect? Its clearly not going to be as fast as a 1.5ghz dual core/1gb ram phone released late 2011 running a very optimized 2.3 + TouchWiz software combo.

Exactly.. and the galaxy s2 is a failure compared to other dual core phones that have been released lol..

Its stupid to knock the g2 in the ics dev forum. But I don't think the hercules is a failure. Mine even makes drinks.
