Finest Port Eva W/ THE ONLY KERNEL IN HISTORY THAT BUILDS WITHOUT A SINGLE WARNING WITH A RECENT TOOLCAHIN

This is a not the best nor the fastest Desire HD Rom Port, but its good overall . All parts are on nand. Enjoy

27.03 UPDATE - new kernel

Linux update from upstream (2.6.32.35)
Extended CPU Vdd levels sysfs interface (vdd_min, vdd_max, vdd_step for scripting/frontend purposes)
Callrec support (avs333) included by default

What you get:
- Rooted
- Latest busybox
- Lastest WWE Base - 1.84.66.2
- Working Camera - thx snq-; 720p recording is working - thx ownhere
- insertcoin kernel special tunned by snq: all in . CFS etc etc
- default governor is smartass: 245 to 998, when display is off the cpu will run at 245 mhz for battery saving.
- A2SD (and yes YOU MUST HAVE an EXT Partiton after the FAT32 one)
- Stable!
- Deodexed
- What I have forgot.

only data2ext updated to 2.0.1. due new data2ext script (9.3) which fixes dataloss on 2 partitions

Before flashing it is recommended a full wipe - data / cache / dalvik. Also since I use edify script syntax you must have at least CWM 2.5.0.7 Recovery or AmonRa 2.0.0. Also you MUST turn off verification in recovery

the difference is that for this rom you dont need to edit your partitions, just flash it as any other standard rom. All fits to nand. For the other one u need to be s-offed and brave enough to edit your partitions.

SO I just copy it to my SD card, and run it thorugh Clockwork Recovery? Any other step I need to make?

yap that is just be sure to wipe davlik cache and user data before flashing. youll still need an ext2/3/4 partition for a2sd

why do i need to mod my nand to install original RemixHD? all you need is a a ext partition.

so is this for people who do not have ext partition on SD card?

Download Rom manager from the market and press partition SD card. Or do it trough amon ra recovery

No, this fits to nand, so no need to store some of the Rom on the SD card

since you need a ext partition anyway for apps2sd does it matter that much that some of the system apps are on SD?

baadnewz, I did zipaligning & png optimising to laputa & the size shrunk from 9.x to 7.x

Now I am doing zipaligning & png optimising to the whole rom.
This is done via apk tool here on xda.

half of remixhd runs from sdcard, this one runs all from phone memory (nand)

Very nice work!
The ROM is running very smooth, not even need another kernel.
All Languages are Included, all garbage removed = Love it!

Maybe you can implement the Data2SD thing instead A2SD for improved I/O and nicer Benches scores

all those commands must be run from linux thats why you dont have tar.
TBH the data2sd is only good in benchmarks and adds more inutile stress to sd card just so you can have higher score in quadrant. In real world you wont observe any smoother rom than w.out data2sd
