i think they will work too, I only tested the G6 ones though.Hi xpirt,
your preview looks great, can't wait to get it.
One question: With the UX6 will work the themes made for the G5 or do we need the G6 versions ?
Best regards

PLEASE HELP...
Had the rom for a min now and loved it everything worked. I forgot the reason but I ended up having to reset my phone by flashing the rom over again (I wiped etc..)
Installed worked well but this time Magisk has been updated to ver 12 I believe and according to someone this version breaks settings.apk ( I would constantly get settings force closing) It was annoying but I was able to do with it. However I left my charger home and for the 1st time my phone died from no battery. Ok no big deal I'll charge it when I get home.
I get home and put my phone on the charger and it doesnt boot up? It stays one the LG screen longer than normal and if wait long enough the screen goes black, my blue led light pulses and the screen then flickers on and off. (meaning it goes from pitch black to backlight black) nothing ever appears on the screen.
Annd if you leave that on long enough it goes black but you can use the power button. However only the power menu pops up and its not even the full power menu ( I dont have a reboot option).
I get to work and try to just... reflash the rom I have (this one) but no.. I cannot access recovery from adb commands as it doesnt detect my phone (probably bc it doesnt boot up)
I can place the phone in fastboot mode (vol dwn with cable plugged in) but there is nothing beneficial Iam able to do from this besides enter 'fastboot reboot' which just reboots my phone to a black screen again.
Download mode works aswell too I THINK. (vol up w cable)
So now im trying to simply do anything to get a working phone. I downloaded a 20a.kmz, uppercut, and LGUP. Uppercut keeps getting detected as a virus and doesnt seem to open all the way, but the issue is that when I do open LGUP w my phone in download mode it list my phone model as Unknown and the other side says the name of the ROM. I click on it and an errors says model # is unknown or something along those lines and im not ablel to do anything with it.
Does this mean bc the rom is a custom rom I cannot use LGUP? if so please tell me how to get a working phone, as far im concerned I didnt flash much of anything else, Your rom > Magisk updated to v12> settings FC > phone died from battery > will no longer boot up... please help me
From what I've been told before its not a good thing to let the battery die fully on a custom kernel or ROM are you able to click lg up (the boxing glove) and do you have all drivers installed ect and reboot your PC/laptop
By boxing glove you mean UPPERCUT.exe ? When I click it to open up it gets recognized as a virus and just hangs at startup. I believe this just opens up LGUP tho right?
When I open LGUP myself it shows my device as [COM6 Fulmics] but under model# it says unknown so when I click on it, it then says "Model # must be known"
Edit: Just learned that Uppercut purpose is to run LGUP w/o the model# error. I just cant run it bc its a virus apparently
Update: Still even with uppercut opening LGUP I get the same model error in LGUP.....
Ok so I found the solution and finally using xda app to type this .
Turns out the whole time I didnt know this phone can access recovery from holding the buttons. I thought we had to use the computer or reboot from within android to access recovery.
So since i was able to boot into recovery I was easily able to wipe and reflash. Now all is good.
Phone off
Hold vol dwn and power
Soon as you see the lg screen let go of the power button for a split second then press and hold it down again (vol dwn should be held the entire time)
Hold both until you see the factory reset screen then boom..
Recovery is booted.
Sorry for not posting that info, I just figured you had tried that already and it was going to stock recovery (like you lost TWRP) but happy you were able to get it fixed
It will not. Only H850 and H830.
will think about it.Any way to get rid of the battery icon from the always-on display? maybe in the next version?
