I installed this ROM last night thinking that I might get problems from what I read in this thread. I like to say there was none ! The ROM executed perfectly, effective, responsive and smooth. Thanks for the great ROM ! Just follow the instructions and it will be fine 100%. Gonna play with it for sometime to check eveything is good.

I have installed this rom on my partners I9300, all initially appeared fine but I am having call quality issues, very difficult to hear voice calls.
I also tried to patch the WIFI fix in philztouch, but has no effect.
Does anyone have any solution for either of these issues? i really like the rom otherwise so would rather not have to flash something else!

Did you use the Samsung dialer... I know aosp causes call issues for some... Me included... If you used the aosp one reflash with Samsung dialler....WiFi can also play up with various kernels... Again try stock...

I highly recommend you to download Clean Master https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cleanmaster.mguard&hl=en
This app will even make the stock rom not freeze up as much as it would normally do.
Boeffla kernel is a good and fast kernel, but it lagging because you might have too many apps like games and facebook, running in background and bits of unwanted cache, which is slowing down the phone.

Yeah, using Greenify and closing apps you're not using is essential, especially on this ROM. I also advise using the AOSP apps where possible, as they use much less RAM.
I got a question. If I flash this rom, can I use the Note 2 camera, with the slow-mo and fast motion recording? Thanks in advance.
Hi there. . For the past few days, this ROM been functioning smooth and the performance is great. RAM is pretty good. Overall, pretty well done. I noticed that my phone freezes and reboot automatically ( not all the time ). I don't consider this as a problem for me. I hope there's a patch to fix this issues soon. . Thanks again ! ROM is great. Keep up the good work.

Everyone told me to try that Russian's ROM for the base, but it wasn't at all clean so I didn't bother.
If it works well, arter's ROM will be my new base (because it's clean) and it should work out a lot better since my upcoming CyanogenMod ROM has lots of stuff I can rip out for this ROM to continue.

Main aim could be lockscreen with smart motions like smart stay, direct call and sammy camera. Everything else AOSP has is simply better

I am using it for ca. 1 week now and only sometimes going slow when it runs 2 - 3 days without reboot.. But no fc or random reboot nothing all fine for me better than n7100 port [emoji16]

How can I disable any mods through ROM control. I want to use gravity box but it seems I can't as theres interference between it and ROM control, ie I now have two battery icons and overlapping clocks lol. Thanks

You can use Gravitybox for some things, but I absolutely detest Xposed and don't supporting using it on my ROMs (I'm sure it will work fine, but I don't want to hear about it if it doesn't, basically).

The AROMA installer is being used to give you the choice of what is installed. You can choose which, if any, system apps to install
No need to wipe data in CWM/TWRP beforehand. Can be done from the installer. You may wipe System, Data and SDCard, or a combination of those.

- Using AOSP Gallery and Samsung Camera cause a FC after taking a picture, If you tap the thumbnail to view it. Solution: Use Samsung Gallery
- If using AOSP Gallery and Samsung Lockscreen, you cannot set the lockscreen wallpaper. Solution, use Samsung Gallery and/or use AOSP Lockscreen
- Any MMS sending problems, though rare, you must wipe and install again. I don't know any solution for this, you could try resetting your APN. "Service not Activated" messages are tough to deal with. I can only get it working against after a reinstall
- If you experience garbled sound during calls, switch to Samsung Phone and Contacts
Using the Xposed App:
Using Xposed is not supported. It will probably work, but I will not offer help for any issues. I am not a fan of Xposed.
IMPORTANT:
Any crash report without a logcat will be ignored.
RAM issues:
Please enable swap in any way you can when using this ROM. Using the hardswap provided is HIGHLY recommended. This works foe Boeffla, AGNi and ArchiKernel.
