Yesterday was so funny... I downloaded all necessary files to update on JB, but then I didn't trust me, cause the tutorials are so different. But this was not the only problem, I've lost my unlockcode.bin. I've generated only the token id. But I think I need the unlockcode.bin to unroot and root, right?
I'm confused, why it must be so complicated.
Now the next silent hour to flash is far away...
My sensation was so easy to flash. No PC needed. Only flash over recovery. One X is horrible.
But it's the best phone I ever had

You need to ask again via HtcDevweb another unlock code. Bin
Its same process as you did the very first time, place it in fastboot folder, and make 10 copies just in case:thumbup:

JB-Update

Hi, for everybody who is interested in JB-Update-methodes, here my procedure:

my CID: O2_102
S-On
HBOOT 1.12.0000
RADIO 2.1204.135.20

I restored my first Stock-Backup from ICS
But without lock and relock bootloader (I've forgotten it to do, cause I was very nervous )
This was easy and done in not more then 10 minutes. Only StockRecovery over fastboot after restoring StockROM.

Then I made OTA Update. Its done in 5-10 minutes.

Then I flashed DragonJB-Boot.img over fastboot - erase Cache and so on...
Then I flashed CWM-Recovery back and booted into Recovery. There I choose "Install ZIP from SD/choosed ROM-Zip and flash"

Reboot and done :good::good::good:

It was sooooo easy, that I don't understand all the big confusing Tutorials :victory:

After Update:
S-On
HBOOT 1.36.0000
RADIO 5.1204.162.29

Well I had no feedback on beta so iv flashed ruu and sitting on stock untill I get jb now your jb Rom looks awsome carnt wait to try
