So i wrote there a question about CSC!

Lyapota used screens with worked samsung pay few pages before,and it was russian version of working samsung pay,So i asked there which CSC he used,because i don't see SER region CSC in this firmware(consider main page info about CSC here),also i don't see SER region of CSC in CSC selector too for android Nougat,my region of CSC set is BTU,so samsung pay tells me that my region is not supported.

I'm currently on 7.4.2, and I see an OTA update is available via the OTA app for 7.5.3. It seems to me I have to be on 7.5.2 to flash this?

Yes, coz 7.5.3 package is 67mb.
I think that now you need to directly download full ROM 7.5.3.
Btw it looks strange that lypota hasn't updated this thread. Only for Edge model. But, it seems that he has Edge, not Flat. In any case rom supports 930/935 models.

I use OXE with SER,SEK,CAC.. regions. This CSC from DQAS nougat Firmware.

Running 7.5.2, Samsung Pass isn't working, after accepting the "EULA" it just stays at Processing.

Is this working for everyone else?

Not sure why you want to do that. I too have a 930W8 and I'm using this ROM fine with original APK3 bootloader and modem.

Thanks for your excellent work. I'm really enjoying having a stable and working nougat ROM!

I have a question and few requests :

Question : why "Keep KNOX" is kept as an option? I thought KNOX becomes unusable immediately after flashing custom kernel/recovery (knox 0x1).

For my requests, i would like to see :
1- flashing modem becomes an option in aroma (flash new modem vs keep current one)
2- add Synapse support in Helios kernel
3- add latest SuperKernel as an option
4- add a choice of screen DPIs in aroma
5- for the bloatware apps choice, put them all in one page add an option to select them all in one shot.
6- for the optimizations, enable all of them by default. Or may be have some switch to enable them all in one shot.

Knox is usable in this ROM since v7.5.0

The Knox security components are also nice to have if you don't plan on any serious modding.

Are you flashing CSC? Why I'm asking - I flashed another ROM (superman to be specific) and it screwed my phone up big times. Now I'm trying to figure out why and what's going on - to avoid that in the future.

So, you just flashing this ROM as usual (format data in TWRP and then flashing) keeping you BL/CP/CSC and it works? I'm especially curious about modem - if you still have network connection after flashing.

Run in cmd in windows with the phone connected and with USB debugging enabled:

adb shell settings put system button_key_light -1

@lyapota, somehow on the S7 flat, despite floatingfeature.xml having the correct battery capacity of 3000mah, some apps (like aida64, kernel Adiutor, etc) still show the 3600mah capacity from the edge. They are getting this wrong value from somewhere else. This is purely cosmetic, but can you fix it?

I searched everywhere on the phone for this wrong value and haven't found it. Maybe it's in the kernel related files but those I didn't touch...

This is what I did:
1- flash Helios ROM (default CSC = BTU)
2- reboot in download mode
3- odin APK3 modem only (Helios overwrites Modem partition and this made my phone unable to connect to Rogers data network)

I tried also to have canadian CSC (Rogers) to be able to have VoLTE but it doesn't work with Nougat (got many FCs). So I'm still running with Default CSC for now, until official rogers nougat ROM is out.
