Is there a shortcut to Google Now voice search? I've tried long press home and it doesn't do anything. I've also tried long-half-press camera button and every other buttons and nothing.

If there isn't a way built in, is it possible to customize it for long press home? That would be my preferred method.

It you look closely its looks kinda feathered out ,I noticed it once and can't stop staring but oh well

Hey Flex, if it helps, I mostly get the fc from the music and profile widgets and an occasional one from the Rosie. It looks like the fc happen when the weather clock is refreshing.

All you have to do is click the microphone icon or just say "Google" out loud in Google Now.

Every time I use Google navigation the app crashes. And sometimes my phone reboots? It's getting very annoying. Help!

Hi all,
In 3.43 the fm radio widget would force close and then become responsive. I'd have to remove the widget and then add it back to the panel. Now, on 3.44, there's no more force close, but whenever I stop the radio from playing, the widget becomes unresponsive and I have to remove/add to get it working again. Any ideas on what could cause that?

Yes I know that but, not to fire up an iOS vs Android discussion, the iPhone starts Siri automatically when doing a similar action. Heck even if you jailbreak your iPhone and replace Siri with Google Now you're able to fire off the voice search automatically. Apparently not so in this case, or at least not in the case of the EVO.

There seems to be ways of doing this on some devices by double tapping on the home button but on our devices that brings up the home screens list.

It's rom-specific. Some roms will let you configure it for a long press of the home key. MeanBean and CM10.1 come to mind.

No a port just a few elements. But to answer your question sir I believe it was an early 3.00 version or something. Can't quit remember

Not sure if anybody else is experiencing this or not, but can anyone explain to me what it means when links wont open for me when I Google something, or click on links in text messages including the ones in my twitter app, to be specific when I click on the app it says "there's no program to open this url"

    Important: After first flash, reboot after phone settles if ringtones are grayed out. That should fix it. It only happens after first boot only. It will not happen again after subsequent reboots Thanks rawintelect for reminding me
