I've uploaded a new build.
Anyone here who has a chromecast and can try? You might still need chromecast enabler app, but it should work now.
Testing new build...very very smoother than previous!!!
I don't have chromecast, but my friend has it...I'm not sure I can test it but I will try.

There might be an issue with latest build, that leads to freezes and reboots. I'll update a boot.img later which should fix that.

I have a chromecast and will do the test, something special like screen mirroring or is YouTube sufficient?

Sorry had issues with xda and tapatalk..

Edit: casting YouTube works fine, but upon screen mirroring this happens:

The good news is, if I actually start screen mirroring, tv turns black a second, phone notices "mirroring has stopped" but no fc or device crash.

Regards

Can you use this app first to enable it http://forum.xda-developers.com/har...experimental-enable-mirroring-device-t2812193
Then try again?

Thank you

Sorry didn't saw that screen. I'll check if I can find something

Uploaded a new build. No real changes, just a updated kernel to prevent freezes and reboots.
Since ivanich and shantur are making really good progress with lollipop the next update here might be a lollipop update.

Removed build, doesn't boot for some reason.
u said earlier that u r also working on cm12, im waiting for ur build, im a big fan of ur work.

will be waiting for ur aosp l rom........
Sorry to say, but I didn't found a way to get it flashable and I'm lacking time and space on my server.
I'll update carbon, liquidsmooth and aospa to lollipop once they're ready and ivanich and shantur make kernel work. They are the ones we should thank for the kernel and that lollipop is even booting already on our device.

AOSP may come in future, but not anytime soon from me.

Presenting you CarbonRom for Sensation

UNOFFICIAL VERSION

Official CarbonRom site

Code:
[CENTER][SIZE="7"]Important[/SIZE]

Since I'm getting some pm's about rom related things these days, some info here.
I don't work on the rom itself, so I can't/won't fix any rom related bugs (e. g. wrong translations).
I use ivanich's kernel and device trees and I modify only the device tree, not the kernel.
If you have any questions about rom related things (features or something) search for it first.
I don't mind if people ask if they can't find something immediately, but often a quick search on google or in the forum is much faster, than posts or new threads.
If you don't have 10 posts to post in here, ask in the Q&A thread which is linked in Dev:DB bar.
And most important don't except from me to do anything just because you want it, though you can ask politely.

Thank you![/CENTER]

I've uploaded a new build.
Beside the kernel and device tree changes (from cm-11.0 branch), carbonrom made a fix for chrome always starting in floating mode.

Since I use this rom myself as a daily driver and I feel it's totally stable, this might be the last update for kitkat carbon and I'll try to bring up lollipop carbonrom.

I've flashed latest build (23rd) yesterday and WOW. This is the best&fastest ROM for our senny. But I've experienced few random hang outs while charging (3 during 5 minutes of using phone). Screen freezes, I can't do anything with phone, I must pull of battery. I use double swap and stock kernel. What might be the cause?

There is a common issue that I've found in all CM11 ROM I've tried (except the last from SultanXda): after one or two days they become slower, and slower, and slower...and my question is: why???

At the moment I'm on sultan's last built, the only one that seems to keep performances on good level, also after one week
