First of all Install Following Recovery (if coming from any version lower than 4.4)
TWRP 2.6.3.1 OR PhilZ Touch 6.12.8

Steps
Coming From any 4.4.x Rom
>>Reboot to recovery
>>Wipe factory/data reset
>>Wipe /system
>>Install the ROM
>>Install the Mod(optional)
>>Install the gapps
>>Reboot

Coming From previous build
>>Reboot to recovery
>>Install the Rom
>>Install the Mod(optional)
>>Wipe cache/Dalvik cache
>>Reboot

Bugs.
- Song plays with disruption while playing through bluetooth
- Screen Recording (it won't work as we don't have neon support) (Use 3rd party apps like SCR Screen Recorder for workaround)
- 90 degree rotation bug in Camera(photo) in portrait mode (not an issue)
- Movie Studio App FCs when new project is created (not an issue)

FAQ

• Google Text to Speech keeps on Force Closing. What to do?
  - Download and Install Google Text To Speech From Market after uninstalling existing GoogleTTS.apk.
  
• Is it compulsory to install TWRP or Philz Recovery before installing Rom?
  - Yes, if you are coming from any version lower than 4.4.
  
• How do I install TWRP or Philz Recovery? Coming from xxx recovery! OR How do I Flash Fix file?
  - Push zip file to sdcard.
  - Reboot into recovery
  - Flash zip file
  - Reboot Recovery
  
• MTP not working/Unable to connect to PC??

Hi nikhil... Flashed the ROM and mod ....everything is working great . also its feature packed... I am testing it ... Hope no bugs...

But found these bugs so far

1) when applying theme phone restarted.
2) when applying theme it shows system ui stop working error
3) synapse not working error "no UCI support detected . I have flashed grakernel and also updated synapse from play store

Though it has its limitations
It is too featureful.
Some apps that take long time to load, force closes.
The battery on the status bar only shows an icon.
It is still buggy.

Having said all this this Rom has the potential to become mother of all Roms.
Keep up the good work @Nikhil.

The Rom toolbox app manager, mine has about 200 apps backup, so it takes 15-20 seconds to load and in the meantime it force closes, the same happened with carbon but not with omni.
Also asphalt closes as soon as it is opened, these are the few things that is abstaining me from using this Rom, otherwise it looks so promising and tweakable.

I know its recommended to restart the device after applying theme but just mention the restart bug just for your notice..
About status bar battery bug : I m not facing it...( attached screenshot for reference)

Appreciate your hard work ..this is being first build its close to stable.. Those minor bugs will fixed in upcoming builds as u said...

I found another minor bug..
Quite hours not working as it should... Even I enabled it and set custom time . and in calls bypass quite hours filtered using option starred contact..
But if quite hours is activated.. None of the incoming cals r ringing..I want the incoming cals to be ringed only from starred contacts..

Yeah there are few bugs in it getting fixed day by day!
Next build will be probably the last one before the release of Android L.
Devs have stopped adding new features because Android L release date is coming nearer.

AICP on all programs associated with the activation of gps krashat come.android.systemUI. screenshots do not work, can somebody test and if the same thing and you.
Observed using programs like google maps, yandex maps, GPS status, yandex navigator.
