This is plain android. No CyanogenMod. There will be no tweaks whatsoever. Vanilla Android. Just use set CPU for overclocking.

The SwiftPart is designed by Mikegapinski and Wingrime for LG Optimus GT540. We can ask them for using their source code then build your own Part

Working on 4.0.4 now, using the new Adreno Drivers released by Qualcomm.

That will be sweet...I haven't seen any O1 ROM with the new Adreno Drivers by Qualcomm yet (correct me if I'm wrong). 4.0.4....I'm waiting for it. Thanks (pressed thanks)

Bugs I found till now:

• Screen Off animation is not working properly (Just flickers white and screen turns off)
• Messaging App's color is blue (Should be green)
• Google Voice doesn't work (Neither worked with CM9)

Preview not working, but I didn't include it as it's written in the OP, and is a known bug.
