Explanation: its a pre-release firmware. Also, you might need to use the latest drivers provided by rootzwiki.

mine does it too and when you click on open files, if you look up at directory it says i777

I pushed system ui and lidroid res from 9100 ROM I was using and it worked for toggles. Lost my five bar signal though. I used root explorer

Wifi bug is due to the firmware. Firmware is not an app, it's the programming that makes your hardware function. Each "base" uses different firmware. This is a pre-release, so it's normal to see these kinds of bugs.

It would take a lot more work to change everything on the international firmwares, such as removing video call from dialer, switch send/attach, swipe to call/message in contacts, twlauncher alphabetical ordering, etc.
