Wifi bug is due to the firmware. Firmware is not an app, it's the programming that makes your hardware function. Each "base" uses different firmware. This is a pre-release, so it's normal to see these kinds of bugs.

No wifi bug here at all, just one issue that I cannot seem to figure out why it is not doing anything, sitting @ 3% restoring missing apps with Titanium Backup Pro.. Weird and I even did a Reflash with this as well...

Tried that still stops at any large game which is kind of weird but I am not giving up. Thank you for all of your hard work and your fast response.

Yup! I did all the must-haves, for rebooting into recovery I just download "Quick Boot".

system ui from wanam lite lp7 rom to get toggles. Works but wifi was lost... Had to switch that out too.

I double checked last night and tuns out the new system ui doesn't break wifi afterall. Only change other than five bar signal is strange alpabet thread in status bar during media scan at boot. seems to have no functional effect though
