I have yet to find a solution for this. Apparently the old superuser fixes the problem, but it didn't for me. You can try the older versions out and see if that fixes the problems. I haven't gotten any crashes with Apex though so maybe it's GS3 specific.

The landscape thing is really strange. I haven't touched anything that might affect it. Steps to reproduce the problem? Maybe it's app related.

I finished the boot-animation changer. I'm pushing an update out right now. Everyone should get it within an hour or two.
Is that the only change in this update?

Nope.

New kernel, new libs, five way reboot. Aberration Settings updates are completely independent of actual ROM updates.
Sweet thanks for the epic update!

So once I download the update via Abberation Settings, do I have to go into recovery and flash it? Where is the zip stored? I'm not used to auto updaters :p Also the last sentence is confusing me lol. So the update I get via Abberation Settings is not a rom update? It's early and my brain is not functioning :p

Yep I gave up on the GS3 launcher. Apex from here on out with no issues. :)

I hate to ask this, but it's worth a shot. What are the chances of including the great calendar from the S3? It's very very nice.

I've looked around and haven't had any luck, but certainly more creative minds probably have better resources.

Thanks.

Its just an update zip located in sdcard/download/ not a full ROM download

Nothing's impossible ;) I know how to port it over but without access to Samsung's source code it's just SOOOO time consuming it probably isn't worth it. Sorry bout that...

Lol.

Aberration Settings is a separate app completely. It gets updates from the Play Store. What I meant is that I don't make an update for the ROM just because I updated Aberration Settings. They're released seperately, always. I hope that made a little more sense.

As far as updating goes, hit update, then it'll download the full update to where ever your downloaded files go. (usually /sdcard/Download) then you boot into recovery and install it. There's a switch on Aberration Settings's home screen that lets you reboot into recovery.

I love the update but I just have one problem. The reboot, and the power off option in the power menu are switched. So if I press power off it gives me the extended reboot options and if I press the reboot option in turns off my phone. Besides for that, everything else if perfect!

I noticed that JUST as I pushed the update lol. It's not a big deal I guess, I'll update it later today, but I won't push it out to you guys.

EDIT: I'll make it optional.

Well...I flashed the update or at least attempted to and it's stuck at the Aberration boot screen.
Woah. Try flashing the entire Aberration zip again, then flash the update on top of that. Don't wipe data.

Or just download the full 1.1. image from the website and flash that without wiping data.

I download the full version and attempted to flash. I did do a wipe though thinking that would be fine since I had just installed version 1.0 last night and had not even had time to customize or add applications.

Do you have a link to the 1.0 available? I removed the 1.0 from the SD card. The 1.0 is on another machine at home.

That's really weird. I don't have a link for 1.0 :/ just 1.1.

Okay....I tried flashing the full 1.1 again and same result.

No problem....I will flash to a different ROM to hold me over and grab 1.0 at home tonight and try again.

Thanks.
