First things first, you're on a dangerous kernel. This comes with a safe kernel, and needs to be installed via cwm recovery so for you I'd recommend installing pre rooted gingerbread with pc odin, install cwm, then flash this baby, do full 3 wipes in recovery before boot.I remember villianroms for my HTC hero yrs ago and they had super fast roms. Issue I'm having is this HTC to flash roms was so easy lol I'm still confused on flashing one on my note.
I'm rooted but on stock ics 4.0.4 now to flash this rom do I need a kernal? When I rooted I used a speedmod kernal so unsure if I can flash over this without no other kernal. All this kernal can do's and dont's it's soooooo confusing. Cheers

It's up to you, you can either take the long way that I've suggested or flash a suitable cm kernel before flash.Hey

SpeedMod has eMMC_CAP_ERASE disabled, so it's safe for you to flash from it directly. No need to flash any other kernel or GB Rom.When I rooted I used a speedmod kernal so unsure if I can flash over this without no other kernal. All this kernal can do's and dont's it's soooooo confusing.
