Did you see the language options available for the keyboard? "Settings->Language and input" click on the gear icon next to samsung keyboard and click on "input languages".
I do not think i can get the languages for the system enabled. The best i could do was able to get it on to the keyboard. It shows on the samsung keyboard on my phone.

I am not aware if you get Thai language for the phone on your default stock ROM. We in India do not get Hindi language as phone language. We get our regional languages only on the keyboard.
I too am just an end user like you. I too do not know csc modifications deeply. I just tired intigrating Indian CSC with German ROM and it worked. So then I tried with other CSC and they worked too. Thats all I can do at the moment.
Maybe ThaiDai can help you better here.

it would be grateful if you could kindly provide Chinese language pack(CN, TW, HK)!!!!
I tried the language files from ZSLM5 stock ROM but couldnt get any Chinese, Taiwanese or HongKong files.

I think I am missing something.

I need to take a break and unwind a little... health issues.

I have uploaded the ZSLM5 Language files anyway. See if it helps. Check post #3.

I hope it's ok to post this: I added Chinese (display and keyboard input) to my preview version of a multi-language Rom.
Maybe member bingbinghaha would like to test it, so that I can be sure my method of combining Roms is really working.
Most welcome to post it here. Our idea is the same, approach is different. I am trying to give languages from one ROM at a time. You, being more experienced, are making one ROM with all languages included. Thumbs up to that.

I am, anyway, taking a break at the moment. You carry on your good work.

I hope to see a universal ROM, with all goddam languages available on any versions of Android, from you that we all can benefit from.

I am with Joosh's Ultimate rom, I would love to test the Chinese Language pack if it comes with the Pack itself without re-flashing the rom...
I do not make a language pack,.I added all languages available in one Rom. A language pack isn't possible because the languages are inside of the app-files. If you make a language pack you'll have the complete Rom.
