Nandroid Backup before flash is recommended!
Go on CWM and flash!
If you got problem just reflash 320DPI Restore or use previous backup you performed.

What are the mysterious "tweaks for better battery"? What did you do?

Man im sick of all these zip chefs. Why do we need 12453 versions of the same thing with no changes or maybe something they picked from a thread here? People could just add the thing themselves. They dont need a new rom!

so where is your JB? understand you wait for issues to be resolved (like how from from GB to ICS)..would be nice to have yours in the mix as well esp. with the dialer mod and tabs at bottom (which were only on GB).
