I am new to XDA and this is my first port, so bugs might be expected.

ROM FEATURES

> BUTTERY SMOOTH
> CAN PLAY HD GAMES WITHOUT LAG
> 500+ RAM AVAILABLE AT BOOT
> XPERIA APPS

KNOWN BUGS

> DIALER IS NOT WORKING. INSTALL EXDIALER
> KEYBOARD IS NOT WORKING. INSTALL SWIFKEY
> PHONE HANGS SOMETIMES. DISABLE PHOTO ANALYZER FROM APPLICATIONS

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
========================
1. Put "eXPERIA.ZIP" file in your SDCARD.
2. Go in Recovery mode ie. PHILZ Recovery (volume up + home + power button all together)
3. Wipe Data/Factory Reset.(Important)
4. CLEAN TO INSTALL A NEW ROM
5. Install zip from sdcard
6. CROSS MD5, SIGNATURE VERIFICATION, UPDATE OLD BINARY
7. Install zip from sdcard and choose "eXPERIA.ZIP".
8. PRESS BACK BUTTON AFTER FEW SECONDS AND CHOOSE INSTALL UNTRUSTED.ZIP
9. Reboot ..Enjoy

Bro @op the rom is too fast but there are too many bugs almost all the apps force close and even the phone hangs every 5 mins and lockscreen isnt working all time it shows black screen idk why but it is and launcher is too smooth....I hope that you fix all the bugs asap.....

Solution is simple

Just go to settings -> Applications -> All -> Find photo Analayser -> Disable it
No more Lags

I think he's trying to say that if he opens internet (and/or (some) other apps), the phone freezes and the app force closes.

Exactly bro the phone freezes for a long time and then we have to remove battery and restart phn again and again

Don't use stock browser........
you can also use pure performance X Stock to for more smoothness.

Bro thats right but you didnt understood actlly the browser and and many of apps when opened hangs the phone....and it doesnt responses unless we have to pull out the battery again and again....plss fix this

Guys I am having issue in installing ROM, whenever I click on Update from sdcard, it displays msg in red colour, E:unknown volume For Path [/sdcard], what should I do now ?
