Hey, I found an app on play store that invokes the media scanner to rescan sd cards, everything else is ok now, am all home and dry. I think the reason it was miss behaving is because I have a 4Gb card on top of the 11gb internal and both are almost full, music taking like 80% of the entire content. Btw, this ROM works so well with bluetooth headsets, sound via Bluetooth sounds cleaner and more crispier than on wired headsets!

that's the way i know,too. perhaps you can try to uninstall it, then install an older version of it and freeze market updater then. just a wild guess, no clue if this will work

next version will be based on Android 4.2.1 and we are starting fresh, so there will be all the new features from jb 4.2 but, in case there are any issues, not all of the slim features included. But the ones missing will be implemented in the following builds then so don't worry
