Did factory reset, even wipe cache and even format system but still stuck on Google logo page.
Tried reflashing but no go.

Immediately after I flashed cm10.1 latest nightly and booted.

Edit:

Downloaded a second time from my computer but still the same result.

Won't boot for me either. Even after doing a factory reset after flashing as stated in OP.

The dev mentioned clearly not recommended or try to avoid restore with app and data. If app itself without data it should be no issue.

It is known bug issued if you having other devices such as N7000.

Tried to run the ROM but upon boot I am presented with a screen prompting me for a password to decrypt storage. I can not get past this point.

The app itself works fine, but if you restore a app with data do not post any bug reports here until you remove that app.

Re: [ROM][4.2.2][2/16][RC1] LiquidSmooth |Flooding|

Why all the hate with Titanium Backup? I, for one, haven't notice any problem caused by it. I always avoid restoring system apps. For user apps, I avoid restoring data for apps that should not be restored like Google authenticator app for example.

It won't caused any problem if the user use it correctly.
