For installation, first, make sure you got AOIP ROM and the correct Gapps on your External SD Card. Both can be found in the Download section below.

After that, enter CWM and:
  • select "wipe data / factory reset"
  • go to "mounts & storage" and format /system. This is extremely important!
  • under the same menu, format /sdcard (be careful NOT to format /external_sd by mistake)
  • install the ROM (from the external sd)
  • install Gapps for JB+ (from the external sd)
  • reboot your phone
Please, note that every step of this tutorial is mandatory!

    The problem with Halo is that not many people use it and that it's hard and time consuming to implement it. So, as I said, for now, no HALO in 4.3.
    About the other thing...well, I applied and my application has been declined for now. Anyway, I said that in the past and I'm gonna say it again: I don't mind so much about that. I want it, I would like it, but that's not my goal. My goal is to help you, the users. If I succeeded to make that happen in the past, I'm grateful. I don't necessarily need to be officially recognized. Again, it would be cool, it would be nice, but it's not my main priority. You are. :) What would happen if let's say I set my goal to be the RC or RD? Once I get that, I won't be interested in helping you anymore since I already got what I wanted and since you were never my priority. But I'm not like this, otherwise I would have quitted a long time ago.

    About the moderator thingy, well, I was a moderator myself. I still am (just not right here). And it's not that fun. :)) It's a lot of work to keep the forum clean and organized. But I got your point. And I thank you for that.
