but there are clever people on xda who do a lot of amazing things
you never know.official support from ROMs like CM and AOKP shall always be for unlocked bootloader and sony recommends unlocking bootloader if you want to try custom softwares on your phone.

Is this usable as a daily driver? Too many Force closes?
Is there any "big" feature that doesn't work?
Is the camera quality very different from stock? (As Sony did some software tricks).

you will lose the hardware HDR (there is software HDR that is not as cool as stock HDR)
also there are some audio issues (really minor, will not break your sleep)
if you are quite paranoid about perfection wait for the next build. it should have everything working
How's it going! The advanced settings show up in my PAC build, but the actual option to control the vibration intensity is greyed out and can't select it. Any ideas?

did you set the overlay ??
there has been changes in the overlay to make vibrator work

Yes, I have that all done. Not sure why it's greyed out?
connect phone to PC,
go to settings screen
do "adb logcat -c" so that all logs get cleaned
now do "adb logcat" so fresh logging starts
now click on advanced settings so that DeviceParts app is opened
catch all the log output and send to me
I'll check what the problem is if i can

The camera app will have much less features than the original one.
Also currently we have few bluetooth headset issues, but expect them to be fixed VERY soon.
