I've noticed if I flash anything in CWM, the phone.apk will fc after an outgoing call and will fc when a phone call is incoming, sometimes it won't even ring.

Anyone else experience this or is it an isolated incident?

I flash almost on a daily basis and never got this issue using CWM.

Isn't there something with Trinity and ramdisk or other thingy that means that you need to make sure a stock-based kernel is installed first?
I can use trinity and I can say it's giving me a nice battery (ofc in my case)

OK... Trinity kernel sounds gut. I flash one version and phone dont start. But maybe I have a wrong version. What version use you? And... where I can download this version please? :)

Flash the reset/stock kernel and then try flashing Trinity. The latest version, TF112b, should work fine.

Hey rohan, finally made the switch from the one x. Received my nexus 4 yesterday and as soon i as turned it on, i rooted and flashed your rom. What a night and day difference from the one x is all i can say. Great performance and great battery life so far. The only issue i had was the phone starting getting really hot and i went into both preformance and toolbox and the min cpu was stuck at 1ghz, it would let me change it down to 384mhz, but as soon as i left the app and went back in, it was set back to 1ghz. Flashed the franco kernel and all is good since. I know with the one x, twrp was the preferred recovery, what is the preferred recovery for the nexus 4?

I love the ROM but I am not digging the battery life so far, I'm running Franco 111 with it. I'm still testing it though, but I'm losing on average 10% an hour which is 5% more than I was losing on pa. Its not my apps either because the apps that I use are setup only to update/refresh/sync when I decide to check em and on top of that I keep my apps to a minimum. None the less, I love this ROM!

I'm also undervolting and using conservative on my gov.

    Coming from another ROM:
    - Read known issues ans FAQs
    - Flash a recent Recovery
    - Copy GApps and Liquid ZIPs to your SDCard
    - Boot into Recovery
    - Flash Liquid zip from SDCard
    - Flash GApps zip from SDCard
    - AFTER FLASHING LIQUID AND GAPPS DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (otherwise your device will be stuck at boot)

Downloads of our LiquidSmooth can be found on our goo.im page or in the goomanager app. You can find us by browsing to liquidsmooth or by searching for compatible roms for your device. Just about any Google Apps package for JB 4.2.1 should work, though we've provided a link below if needed. Suggested Gapps are linked right in goomanager as well. Goomanager will now notify you of upcoming LiquidSmooth updates as well!

If downloading via the goo.im page, please be sure to know which device you are using prior to downloading. All files are listed according to the specific device code name. We cannot be responsible for what happens if the wrong files are flashed to your device! We recommend using the goomanager app and searching for a compatible rom if you are unsure.

Please verify that the device listed on the download links below is your device. Do not flash any files if the device does not match!!!
