Awesome ROM. Super Stable.

:good::good::good:

I was so tired of having Sam TW for so long. Installed the FSC Stable build yesterday, I'm so happy I did. Super fast, Super Smooth, Awesome Customization options. Yet to check battery life, but seems good. Thanks asf for the awesome ROM. I was thinking of upgrading Note to S4 or Z because of slowness. But now, I wont upgrade for an year at least as my Note is super fast.

One issue I encountered was unable to send and receive message through Whatsapp. After hours of trying, found out that the APN that was created after installing the ROM was of hutch profile. After deleting the APN and choosing Vodafone IN as default APN, Whatsapp its working like a charm. No problems until now.

Thanks for a great ROM! Subscribed!

Did you do full wipe and wipe all cache before flashing this ROM? I moved to this ROM recently and I'm not facing any issues. I'm on the stable build. Are you on the stable build or the nightly one?

I tired cache and dalvik cache wipe didn't change in the end I booted the phone without SD card in and then turned the phone re inserted the SD card and it did it as normal with the preparing SD notification going after 10 seconds or so :) could just have been Me I doubt it being a major issue :)
Loving the ROM working flawlessly :)

Have been using this ROM for last 4 days. I got a chance to test the battery back up. From 100% to 13%, around 3:30 hrs talk time, 2:00 hrs screen time. 24*7 data, Bluetooth on. No stupid wake locks problem at all :D Had stupid wakelocks every now and then on TW ROM. Compared to TW, I think I have got a decent battery life. In fact, a little better than on TW. Charging up to 100% to test again ;)

Governor - OnDemand, I/O - CFQ.

Pegasusq row will get better battery buy stutters a little,
Also I am now with a brand new battery getting much better life. The batteries seem to significantly weaken after about 6 months and die completely after a year. I am on my 3rd note battery now.
Of course though TW GB gets the best battery life ever.

Trying OnDemand and noop now. I don't think this will change much on the backup time. Have got the best backup when I was using HydracoreNirvana n16, Lulzactive with Noop on TW. I will be checking Pegasusq and row next weekend. And I'm on a new battery. On the Anker 2700mAh. My stock battery gave up after 1.5years of usage. Will be checking the backup with the extended battery as well, may be in a week and report back. In short, I'm happy with the backup I'm getting with this ROM and loving the smoothness and speed I'm experiencing with it :D

I'm working on a final 10.1 release of this rom. As I understand it CM10.1 will not be getting many new merges.
I am waiting on CM10.2 to stabilize then hopefully everything will flawlessly transition.

Good to hear there will be another final release for this ROM. I'm following CM10.2 discussion thread as well. I think it will be some time untill 10.2 gets stabilized. I'm more than happy to use this ROM for a long time!

What build are you on?

Try the 8/7 nightly. I have been on it with a clean flash for 3 days without a single hangup or crash.

I am currently on 21/7/2013 release non nightly. Is the nightly ROM stable? I'll flash it now fresh :)

I have only tries the 8/7 nightly. I was having the same problem you are with the last stable (7/21) which was my last flash.
I haven't had a single freeze or crash on 8/7 nightly. I can't speak for newer ones because I haven't tried them but I can say for the past 3 days the 8/7 nightly has been rock solid.
