Vanilla Rootbox v3.9.1 Nightly Ported to Hercules
Base ROM is Mysterious-Rom's Mysterious AOKP build (3-22-13)
You can use a Custom Kernel!

Disclaimer:

I take no credit for making this ROM! I only ported Vanilla Rootbox from the i9100g!
Updates will be released when Bajee11 updates Rootbox!
Don't ask me to fix bugs, all I can say is be patient for Bajee11 to (hopefully) fix them!
I am a noob that is a learning developer, so expect bugs!
REMEMBER, THIS IS ONLY A PORT AND THAT'S WHAT IT WILL STAY!

Installation/Updating:

1. Make sure you're on the latest TWRP -- 2.4.4.0 (Have not tested on CWM)
2. Make a backup
3. Do a full wipe -- Cache, Dalvik Cache, Factory Reset, System -- 3X
4. Flash Rom
5. Flash Gapps
6. Reboot
7. Let phone sit for 10mins
8. Reboot -- Have fun!!

If you do not follow these instructions and flash using a different recovery, flash different gapps, different addons, Please do NOT post in this thread negative things about this rom.
If you do run into problems please post your flashing procedure, what you flashed, your wiping procedure and where you had problems.

Per App DPI Changing:

1. Go to Settings - Modules Management
2. Click Install/Update -- Wait for it to install and click ok.
3. Select Modules at the top
4. Check the box for Xposed App Settings
5. Reboot
6. Now you can go to Settings - Per-App Settings
7. Select the app you want to change and toggle the on/off switch
8. Change DPI to desired and save.

Not Working:

1. Settings - Update Center FC when selected -- This is a port so thats not going to work
2. I have not tested all the options so there is bound to be other bugs -- Let me know.
3. NFC, because this was ported from the I9100 which doesn't have NFC technology.

Please let me know if you find any bugs or glitches with Rootbox!

No, it's not. It's AOKP with some cherry-picked features (stuff like ParanoidAndroid PIE).

Status 7's are almost exclusively a mismatch of ROM vs. Recovery. Not sure what Recovery you are currently using but I would update it, especially since this is a 4.2.2 ROM and the Recoveries all updated due to the new file structure for multi-user.

Am on twrp 2.4.1.0 and I think I know why because I just wipe system and nothing else.. I'll wipe data and cache too
