Thanks @tcsfinest for the help. All I typed in Terminal was.....

su
mount -o rw, /system
awesome
reboot

Don't think we need to remount it to -ro since the reboot will do it anyways lol.

This worked! No errors! But I see no audio difference. What settings should I do? I mainly care about in call volume.

Has anyone tried encrypting the data on their dna after installing cm10.1? I've tried a couple times and it causes my phone to just reset. It never starts the encryption process.

Just an FYI, I had issues for writing to system but if nothing else you can also do this via the following:
Code:
mount -o remount,rw /system /system

Yeah, while I haven't tired Bluetooth streaming, it did fix some other issues I had with Bluetooth

I wiped cache and went into recovery and flashed crpalmers 2.0.39.cm1.zip kernel but when I boot up it still says its the default 3.4.10.cm kernel? What on earth did I do wrong.

cm10.1 crpalmer kernel?

anyone have the crpalmer kernel? looked but only find cm10.2? Did he take it down or are we using the 10.2 kernel for 10.1?

I've noticed that after a fresh reboot all cores will be online, and then after the screen turns off once that the only core that will be active is core1 leading to poor performance. I've been able to replicate this issue using a clean install and with both the stock kernel and torrented. Has anyone else noticed this?

Is there a reason that the only build available is the 8/20 build? Also It came up on CMUpdater even though I have it set to show Stable Only. Is 8/20 a stable release?

Oh wow, I just checked and noticed that I have the same issue. I'm running the 8-16 build and crpalmer's kernel.
I'll probably be switching over to CM 10.2 as soon as I can, but I can confirm that this is an issue.
