actually the Gapps that were on the OP was a little older and only for 4.3

i updated the OP to show that the ROM and Gapps are available at the same link. it goes to our AFH page, choose your device and for Gapps choose Android - Generic Device, that is where you will find both 4.3 and 4.4.2 Gapps packages
