Notice: AICP has this in their official tree, but they've never released it. So, I built it and released it. You need to understand: I did literally nothing here but build. And although this is an unofficial build, the credit here goes to AICP (fka ICJ) so please check out their G+ community

Now that we've established that....

4G LTE Fix

  1. Wait for 3G to be connected. Airplane mode on for 1 minute then airplane mode off if you cannot connect.
  2. Go to your settings > more (under wireless and networks) > mobile networks > network mode.
  3. Under the network mode option select the first option "CMDA/EVDO/LTE/GSM/WCMA"
  4. Go to "Voice Dialer" and say "Open APNs"
  5. A small dialog will appear. Hit "Open APNs" and then select the option "Sprint LTE internet"
  6. You should see your bars get the "LTE" text over them.

Just booted up from a clean install. Having strange data drops. Connects then disconnects, 90/10 searching for service. I opened data from the quick menu and noticed 2 data settings to choose from. One caused an fc the other let me in, the changes apply however the data is the same with a failure rate.

Changed to CDMA+LTE/EVDO is keeping it stable :)

Solid data here but no LTE. I didn't look at the default option for network mode but it originally just showed the signal bars with no logo but there was data. Speedtest speeds where inline with 3g speeds. Now that I picked CDMA/EvDo it shows the 3G but still can't get LTE to work. I set CDMA sub to NV which is what worked on CM before.

Alright guys, LTE instructions.

Let me know if this works, it did for me.

I will also add this into the op once it is confirmed working for others.

That worked. On a reboots LTE stops working but a quick toggle of airplane mode fixes that. My only problem now is that the phone won't connect to my computer so I can transfer files. Flashed back to CM to verify it wasn't my phone. Does anyone else have this problem? OTG works so I'm using a flash drive now. I'm really liking the features otherwise. The keyboard is really well done too those bold letters on the stock one where driving me crazy.

I'll be keeping my eyes closely on this thread, how's the WiFi upload speed? It doesn't work on any Sense builds from 4.3 on
