• Make sure you're using the latest CWM or TWRP
• Flash ROM
• Flash Google Apps (GAPPS)
• Reboot
• Wait 10 minutes
• Reboot again
• Enjoy!

Cause there's an option to change it yourself to whatever you want.

No not what I ment like it doesn't let you change individual wallapaper for lockscreen in any build, only let's you change homscreen

I don't follow what you're saying. In this build I just posted there is an option to set wallpapers and lockscreen wallpapers.

Ahha! You are correct. It was literally just upped to gerrit. Hadn't been officially merged yet but I threw it in this build. ^^

Why would you wanna dirty flash? then you're gonna complain about bugs later on and will end up clean flashing anyways.

At least on 4.1.X and 4.2.X dirty flashing has been a good experience for me... just asking for feedback...
