Recommended Installation Steps

Coming from another Custom ROM

1. Wipe Data/Factory Reset (This does not affect your Internal/External storage)
2. Wipe Cache
3. Wipe Dalvik Cache
4. Flash PA zip
5. Flash JB GAPPS
6. Reboot

Flash GSM Patch from cm10.2 thread if you are GSM user

How to upgrade PA versions:

1. Download PA update
2. Flash PA update
3. Flash JB GAPPS
4. Wipe Cache (Optional)
5. Wipe Dalvik Cache (Optional)
6. Reboot

Troubleshoot

Q. Titanium Backup is not restoring apps.
A. Set your backup dir for Titanium Backup as ::

storage/emulated/legacy/TitaniumBackup

After setting backup dir, System will prompt to move your backups from previous dir to new correct one.
Then proceed with restoring backups.

Enable Developer Options in Settings
Set below ::

Window Animation Scale :-> 0.5x
Transition Animation Scale :-> Off
Animator Durator Scale :-> 0.5x

This is now the third working ROM based off 4.3. It has a lot of tweaks not available on cm. Try it, you may like it.

I had to say I only have two main ROMs..now I have three...I will test for battery life. I doubt anything touches carbon battery life

How smooth is the UI compared to CM 10.2? Only asking if anyone has used both (and may save me from trouble if there isn't much if a difference). I've heard of PA but have never used it.

Paranoid android team were the people top develop hybrid settings, per app color/dpi, HALO, Pie, app layout (tablet mode) etc

Having issues with network on GSM. on first boot data works fine and so does WiFi, though after switching between them, DATA no longer connects even after reboot. WiFi also stops working for me after reboot. The ROM FKN FLIES! but can't figure out data issue. I tried fly's gem patch and changing modes without luck. After fresh install it works again until reboot or switching off data or changing to WiFi. I can't get a log at the mo but will later. Airways clean install and stock kernel

Wifi tether

I wonder why wifi tethering is not work on any cm 10.1 or 10.2 roms? This is really getting to suck. These ROMS are awesome and they have no issues for me but i cant seem to get wifi tether to work on any of the ROMs


Edit I just found out that the Native wifi hotspot works and USB . This is beyond awesomeness I think I just found my most loved ROM
