Hi Guys,

I'm on stock JB 4.3 (Build # N7100ZSUENA1) now and I want to try this new Criskelo rom.
Now i dont know if im already have MJ5 bootloader but it seems like if i dont i will have problems with my wifi. I really dont want to mess with bootloaders because it f*cks **** up.

I've already flash Philz recovery 5.15 which i hoped is okay to use with this ROM. other than that bootloader concern i think, im ready to try this out.

Well in order to flash custom ROMs you must have MJ5. There are couple of scenarios:

1) you have old bootloader - no 4.3 ROM will work
1A) you use wifi-fix - but it is still not as stable as MJ5
2) you have MJ5 - ideal
3) you have newer bootloader with KNOX - you can't flash ROMs (but this is not the case because you say you have recovery)

so I'm afreaid MJ5 is a must. With it you can use 4.3 or older 4.1.2 ROMs and it works just fine.

coolio. thanks! but i'm afraid your reply is about 12 hours late I am already on criskelo, i dont even know if i have MJ5 or not. everything seems to work well. Good and fast. though i'm really quite curious what bootloader i have since i came from stock 4.3 ~ is there a way to know?

I'd like to express my appreciation to your effort in the CRISKELO ROM v22 for Samsung Galaxy Note 2 N7100. I've installed the rom on my mobile as shown in the video within your topic and it works fine except one thing; I can't make any phone calls as it keeps giving me "Not registered on network" although the network signal is full !!
I don't know what to do and I do really like your rom, so I'll be grateful if you could help me with my problem.

Thanks for your help, but I've another problem.
Before I get your answers I've tried to flash the ROM again on my mobile, but it always got stuck in the Installer mod app selector step

No matter how many times I've tried reflashing, it's always the same !!
Then I tried to return to the stock ROM (jelly bean 4.1.2), so I downloaded it and tried flashing it using Odin 3.09, but kept giving me error and couldn't complete it !!
Then I downloaded the latest stock jelly bean 4.3 and successfully flash my phone and got it running.
Now when I try to flash the Criskelo ROM again, it stucks at the same step as above and I want to have this ROM instead of the stock one.

Can anyone help me with my problem ?!!

Thanks for this ROM.
Installation was very easy and i have it running for a hour of 8 now.
Its fast and very stable.

The only thing i am going to change is the bootlogo. Thats original and the batteryicon in the statusbar must change. I HATE the original one.


Only problem is that i dont have any clue how it must be done. Hahahaha
