I desperately want to try this ROM.
I had been using Alliance ROM and am on N7100XXUEMK4 Bootloader.
When I flashed this ROM using TWRP (v2.6.3.1), I couldn't boot. It went into a boot loop.
I did wiped all those things mentioned OP.
Please help.
Okay so what u say is... I keep my old bootloader I.e DMC4 and install this rom... and once I find that wifi isnt working... I install the patch

Rite steps??

After that If doesn't work You can install Mj5 bootloader.

Flash it via Odin. If you don't have Odin, and need instructions, Download Odin 3.07 from http://www.mediafire.com/download/hghlyj8wwp38rbp/Odin307.zip and check this post for step by step instructions:

Actually changing dpi of "com.android.systemui" doesn't help because changing the font size via options menu is available anyway.

The problem is make the font bigger inside (when you open) the apps is unread-ably small
.
Because ROM default DPI is 240 per the Build.Prop, all apps share that same default when used.

You need to go into xposed module 'App Settings' and change the DPI of any & all apps you wish to be a different (larger) DPI.

Alternatively you can change the Build.Prop DPI but you'd likely run into format problems with many of the system apps because they seem to be modded for 240 DPI.

Hope that explains the issue.

Thanks. My problem got resolved by using the philz recovery from OP. I am still at MK4 bootloader and the ROM is working perfectly fine.

The update is perfect, i loved the new huge screen layout but everything seems so small and sometimes its hard to pull down the notification bar i have raised the font to huge + its hard to deal with a small keyboard, finally, ram draining i think the system takes more ram + storage than its need i hope there is a way to lighten up the room a little bit. "And i still have issue with the loudness of the notifications and ringtones - maybe because i did not wipe everything for this update?"

i admire your work and i will keep on using the rom even with those small issues

Hi Guys,

Just my 2nd time trying to flash a rom. I'm using Criskelo now but this Rom is just really good looking.

I already have my CWM updated, and also Philz recovery updated to the newest version. However upon reading the instruction i shouldn't have updated to the latest and used an older Philz version =.=

Is it still possible to downgrade, or is it just okay to use the latest one? Other than that bump i think I'm ready to flash this one.

Thanks in advance.

For me like many of you I was running an old bootloader and flashed this ROM and after that my WiFi wasn't working. I don't like playing about with bootloaders so I flashed Devils kernel. I been running this ROM without any problems for a while now, no FCS , no random reboots. So if your like me then do what I did ;)

ya i found the flashable zip to reduce the loudness
thanks to @Ankit_Note2

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=50227507&postcount=673

1. Go to setting>device>sound>music effects and select 'MusicFx' (If already on MusicFx, follow instruction 2)
2. Go to walkman player>settings, switch off 'music unlimited' & uncheck the 'Clear Audio +' (If already done, follow instruction 3)
3. Go to recovery mode & flash the attached zip file. (Don't use 'Sound enhancements', It will show 'force closed')

NOTE: This is not my work hence no credit on me..though you can use the 'Thanks' button. :D

I was on Xperia z-ized v2.1 and that was my first custom rom. With that rom bootloader was also stock from 4.1.2 with wifi patch. After that I flashed ArHd v 19 which is 4.1.2 rom and everything working great without any mess with bootloaders. But don't worry after this rom U will never go back :) enjoy...

Enable Samsung Account

One of the things I missed while using this great ROM was the Samsung Account.

I downloaded the stock NA1 ROM (same base as Amnix ROM) and tried several apps, trying to find which one enabled Samsung Account - I found it.

For me, I installed it and entered my credentials and voila, it worked. Should work for you too.

Let me know if it works universally. Finally! This was last piece of the puzzle on this ROM

Thanks tweeny. If I could only get a workable package for mymagazine then I would dance a jig and stand on my head. I am able to run samsungservices on Xperized ROM and have no problems with it. Thanks again tweeny!

I am having no compatibility issues with apps I have installed since I have had this ROM. Of course I am using the stock Xperia keyboard and others are having issues with other keyboards.

Air view dont work with finger for obvious reason that the hardware supporting it do not exist in Note 2.

So the setting is there but it will never work.
