Does all features from paranoid android include halo? been dying to try that out

i dont see hold back to kill in the general ui section of rom control where it usually is and i cant find it anywhere else.
am i blind or is it just not included in this build for some reason

    This rom will be merging with domination rom (which takes alot of work) and will be releasing 4.3 next.
