Have you fully made sure it was deleted out of system/app folder before installing another version of the play store.
Odd but you could try wiping you cache after installing a new play store.

Worked fine with me.
Sometimes with first downloads the play store takes a second also.

I might try the rom later and plug it into thw build before install but I waited for about 15mins and wasnt able to download from the play store

You can alway try to reinstall gapps.

Go into pie and just shut it off.

Is multi view like multi window? How do I get it to work? The portal just seems to be the annoying circle floating button, I can't get, say for example, firefox to run in a window.

Time to try out this ROM

I'd like to add that i get a pop up screen when i flashed your ROM saying "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped".

Also my clock app keeps popping up an error. Any way to quickly fix this? I did a clean wipe to flash.
