Realistically there should be an issue with flashing a different kernel so thats what we're looking into at the moment.I noticed you are using KT kernel but no Ktweaker. I tried flashing the AOSP KT kernel but would not boot. After dirty flashing to get the stock kernel back I looked again and noticed the build is KOT49H. Is this based off of a Google Edition base. If so then I know why the phone would not boot. Other than not being able to tweak and play it looks like a solid ROM.
Never mind. I noticed there is an occasional boot hang issue with this ROM. I had to force close and reboot to get it to boot on the stock kernel. So I tried the AOSP KT kernel again and it booted ok.
Never mind. Definatly a modified KT kernel. Way to many issues using the standard KT kernel. Will there be a version of you kernel that will come with the Ktweaker App.
