I noticed you are using KT kernel but no Ktweaker. I tried flashing the AOSP KT kernel but would not boot. After dirty flashing to get the stock kernel back I looked again and noticed the build is KOT49H. Is this based off of a Google Edition base. If so then I know why the phone would not boot. Other than not being able to tweak and play it looks like a solid ROM.

Never mind. I noticed there is an occasional boot hang issue with this ROM. I had to force close and reboot to get it to boot on the stock kernel. So I tried the AOSP KT kernel again and it booted ok.

Never mind. Definatly a modified KT kernel. Way to many issues using the standard KT kernel. Will there be a version of you kernel that will come with the Ktweaker App.

Realistically there should be an issue with flashing a different kernel so thats what we're looking into at the moment.

Well my torch turned on and now won't turn on. It literally came on all by it self and whenever I click to turn it off it just comes back on.

Rebooted and clicked the torch tile. Now the torch won't turn off. So that's the issues.

Whats the difference between Vanir and Commotio. I just dropped in Commotion and did not see anything different except for the boot screen. Is it mostly under the hood stuff.

Flashed this ROM and love the ability to customize, but no exFAT support? I tried a couple of different kernels and wouldn't boot. Anyone have success with a different kernel with exFAT support? Are there plans to add this in the future?

I have a bluetooth question. First I will start by saying that this is the best AOSP Rom when it comes to connecting to my car stereo. The only thing is there is no song information. Is there something I am not setting or is this a temp fix for the bluetooth issue.

Have you found that the same kernel gives you support on other ROMs? Generally you need to format SD in recovery then it should be accessible. Just backup the files and re add them after format.

I usually stick with Ktoonsez kernels but couldn't find one that would work with this rom. Any suggestions? Probably time to clean off my card and start fresh but wanted to test the rom first.

Car stereo and BT sending song info working for me on the latest builds. I use spotify so I imagine it would be fine with other streaming services.

Love this rom, great work! Very speedy and I love that I can get KK Rom with Halo. I have a question. Is it possible to install a custom boot animation? I'm new the boot animations so I tried making a really basic one just to see if I could get it to work. I copied it to system/media but when it boots I just get a black screen. Any tips? I've included the .zip if that helps. Thanks again for the great rom!

I tried but it still just appears as a black screen even using ROM toolbox. I'm hoping someone can take a look at my zip file and see if there's a mistake. Or if installation on the S4 is more complex somehow.

When I make changes to performance options, exit out, then go back in. They don't take affect. Am I missing something? I check the set on boot box, reboot...and nothing. Is this a bug? Also, it always seems to be over clocked to the max, and it takes forever to charge.
