This ROM is based on Samsung Official NF1 Firmware (Android Kit Kat 4.4.2)


Wonitor's MIUI support N9005, N9006 and N9008. Please note that N9008 will be unable to use 3G Function!

Warranty will be void for flashing any custom ROM​

MIUI is basically android but with a whole new level of customization! Theme! Feature! Smoothness! Innovative! and Rainbow!
Warning! You may never want to go back to stock look. Think before flashing!

The ROM is ported by the Chinese developer called Wonitor. I am only in charge of maintaining the English thread here as many of you do not know how to look at the Chinese thread. However, you may still ask me any questions regarding this ROM. If I cannot answer you, I will ask Wonitor and get back to you. Hopefully other nice people who know how to solve the problem can help too!

Install Instruction

1. Make sure you have 4.4 kitkat bootloader before going further!
2. Flash the latest PhilZ recovery (I used 6.48.4)
3. Boot up into the recovery and Wipe these in order. Factory Data Reset --- Wipe Cache --- Wipe Dalvik Cache (in advanced menu) --- Go to mount and storage and Wipe /System.
4. Now flash the MIUI zip file
5. Reboot
(IF YOU WANT GOOGLE PLAY STORE PLEASE CONTINUE TO STEP 6!! MAKE SURE YOU REBOOT FIRST!!!)
6. So after the booting up and setting up MIUI, reboot into PhilZ recovery.
7. Flash this Gapp from this link (Thanks @gianton for link) https://mega.co.nz/#!MRBzhSrB!-lXKlFqamIQwjE5pZNRbLo5C44bAhXYIn8wnOTHFlb8 This Gapp will not cause OTA update to fail! Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache --- Flash Gapp --- Wipe Cache and Dalvik --- Reboot!

Note : Gapp will provide Google Play Store and Gmail. If you want more google app, download it from google play store.
Note : The Step Above I provided is how I install MIUI and have woking OTA and working GPS.

How to Flash OTA?
1. Download the OTA zip file
2. Go into PhilZ Recovery
3. Wipe Cache and Dalvik --- Flash OTA --- Wipe Cache and Dalvik --- Reboot

1. Used new kernel, it is much more power saving than before. N9008 cannot use this kernel.
2. Re code for setting that change between stock boot up screen and miui boot up screen.
3. Repair network control program can not restrict access to the network.
4. Repair procedures permission is prohibited by Security Center
5. Added Network Location Service​

Q&A

1. Q : I cant update through OTA! It say status 7 error!
A : Make sure you on philZ recovery. If problem still happen, you probably flashed a wrong gapp zip that remove provision.apk try to reinstall the ROM and use the gapp provided in OP

Can you clean install again using my installation method? You may be used other way to get Gapp and deleted you provision.apk. If you follow my way, you will have no problem updating.

I bet you installed Google Apps, right?

This removes the provision.apk file from the "system/app" folder of your phone, and this prevents OTA Update.

To fix this, open your MIUI ROM .zip file (hopefully you didn't delete it) and navigate to system --> app -> provision.apk...now copy the provision.apk file from there and copy it to your phone, to "system/app/"....reboot once and done! The next time you try to OTA Update should work now

You might need a file explorer with root to browse through system.

- Even "smoother" now. Watch the animations of opening and closing folders (they had under 30fps before, now it is more). Also UI transition effects are much more fluid now. Maybe because of new Lean Kernel, not sure
- Fix smart cover to allow it to turn off alarm
- Setting - Stock Setting - Added the ability to switch to USB 3.0
- Setting - Stock Setting - Added Screen Assistance
- Changed CivZ Kernel to Lean Kernel to fix speaker noise issue
