If you are on Jelly Bean (4.3):
If you are already on Kitkat (4.4.2):
- Must flash the KitKat bootloader first!
- The easiest way is ODIN v3.07 download stock 4.4.2 firmware from sammobile.com and flash it.
- Root your phone with CF-Auto-Root
- Flash Chenglu's CWM recovery
- Go to CWM recovery (press and hold Home+Volume up+Power button)
- If you want backup your current Rom.
- Start the installation
- Wipe method can be selected in the included Aroma installer, so wipe in recovery not needed.
- Select what you want to install
- Start the install
- If the installer finished reboot
Attention with the method above no more warranty (KNOX will be changed to 0x1)
Recommended: TWRP 2.8.x.x & an custom kernel with f2fs file system support !
1.) Backup your internal SD Card! Attention internal SD Card will be fomatted by moving from ext4 to f2fs!!
2.) Copy the Rom zip to external SD Card!
3.) Download and install TWRP recovery.
4.) Boot to recovery mode
5.) Press Wipe - Advanced Wipe - Select System - Repair or Change File System - Change File System
6.) Do the same for Data & Cache
7.) Back to TWRP home screen
8.) Install - Select the Rom zip
9.) At the first selection screen in the Aroma installer select: Custom file system mode
10.) At the next screen select Lean kernel for f2fs support.
After that the install process is back to normal.

The Rom includes lot of changes, so I recommend to use "wipe data/factory reset"
from recovery before installing the Rom. Clean install recommended. "Partial wipe"
Please don't restore old backups, first try the Rom.
Instead external backup apps use the built in Google backup.
It's perfect! All apps & settings will be restored after a clean install.
