the stock launcher doesn't rotate, launch contacts and try, working great here.
I'm using Nova launcher, but I'm not getting rotation anywhere. No apps were rotating either. Nova and system was set to auto rotate.

I did a factory reset and reinstalled rc1a and still had no rotation. Restored a backup of rc1 and rotation is working again.

well ok, in my testing (as brief as it was to get this out to you quickly) I experienced so meting similar, after a reboot its been fine. I'll put it on the list (as suspect), might need to update the sensors library.

you my friend are a genius.. hehe (or the catalyst for one anyways), I just dropped in a new sensors.msm8960, and it resolved the linear acceleration sensor issue, and I'll assume less cagey roation.

I'll drop it in a build tomorrow but take the attached file and do the following: (assuming the file downloaded to your ~/Downloads folder)

remove the .txt extension (XDA's upload rules are archaic what is this 1988/pine?)

Code:
[LIST]
[*] adb remount /system
[*] adb push ~/Downloads/sensors.msm8960.so /system/lib/hw
[*] adb shell chmod 0644 /system/lib/hw/sensors.msm8960.so
[*] adb reboot
[/LIST]
View attachment sensors.msm8960.so.txt

It's working after flashing rc1a over rc1.

NEW ROMULUS
Thank You.. for sharing your work with us.. coming from a returned x86 based tablet that couldn't even get Root much less anything else ( What was I thinking ) It's nice to see a week after my 8.3 purchase Root, Recovery & ROM are available.. Love the Black Theme and love having a Real Theme Engine to work with.. You've made a great tablet even better.

In case the info is any use, a couple of problems I've noticed, (both rc1 and rc1a);

1 Geekbench 3 crashes
2 Beach Buggy Blitz takes about 1min 25sec to start up (15 sec on N7 2013 CM11) but then plays normally - Riptide GP2 (same publisher) starts up as expected

Would non themed Version be possible for you instead of the blackened theme?
It took a great deal of effort to theme this, and its the signature of CMB Roms

That said you have 3 real options:

1. grab a new theme from the play store, this rom is compliant with the t,mobile theme engine, and theme that says cm compatible will work.
2. grab the trees in my git, repo init cm, build it yourself (share if you like)
3. Wait a few days and official CM will land (I'm guessing based on progress Ive seen on git)

It has been since the beginning. Under settings Between Lockscreen and Interface

Netflix is all jumbled up on mine. YouTube works fine though. I am referring to the apps not sites

Do I need the use the cmb gapps or can I use any other 4.4 gapps or will that cause problems with the theming?

OK thanks, having never used either, I presume you mean run logcat and grab the output, post on pastebin and get a url?

Will wait until I've tried rc1c but during the slow start up of beach buggy blitz logcat shows stuff about CPU speed/throttling, something about only 128MHz, will grab later if still broken.
